Currently, there are four internal projects running simultaneously. All of the projects are biosimilar therapeutic antibodies. The areas of interest are cancer and autoimmune diseases. 

The first mAb MabionCD20 is used to treat blood cancer, lymphomas and leukemias as well as rheumatoid arthritis.  Drug successfully passed process development and in vitro analyses phases. Start of the clinical development is planned in 2011.
   
The second mAb MabionHER2 that is used for breast cancer is under process and analytical tools development.

Clinical development of two next antibodies, anti VEGF and anti EGFR, is planned in 2012 – 2013.   
     
The fifth project, which is biosimilar anti TNF alpha mAB is realized under colaborative agreement.

Mabion offers contract development of other ecombinant poteins, among them insulins and insulin analogs, 'from scratch' to ready GMP poduct.
