Beata Talar is the Bioanalytical Methods Manager at Mabion and the company’s lead expert in preclinical and clinical bioanalytical development. Her work focuses on the development, validation, and transfer of bioanalytical methods, as well as the analysis of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and immunogenicity of biologics. With precision and expertise, she works across advanced analytical platforms, including BD FACSLyric flow cytometry, Gyrolab xPlore immunoassays, and ELISA-based testing.Beata continues to strengthen her expertise through active participation in industry events, including the Gyrolab User Seminar in 2023 and the 1st Krakow Clinical Research Forum in 2026.
