In the announcement you will find all information about the selected position - scope of duties, our requirements and how to apply. At this stage, we verify candidates in compliance with formal conditions, including the completeness of submitted documents and their accordance with the profile of the offered position.



Telephone interviews

The first contact from our side is usually a telephone interview conducted by a Recruitment and HR Specialist. During the interview, we will ask you to present your current career and answer some questions. We are also open to your questions - our specialist will be happy to answer them.


At each step of recruitment process, we are available to you online through the LinkedIn portal. On our profile you will find information about current events in the Company, but also you will be able to ask questions about the recruitment process - The recruitment and HR specialist will certainly dispel any doubts.

After the initial verification and its positive course, we will invite you to the next stage of recruitment, which may be a knowledge test or a recruitment interview at the company's headquarters.



Knowledge test

Depending on the position you apply for, you may be invited to a knowledge test. You can already find information on whether the test applies to recruitment for a given position in the job offer. The test consists of several or several open and closed questions. This will help us verify your knowledge acquired during studies and during your professional career. The test may contain calculation tasks, so please bring calculators and blue pens.

The test can take from 30 minutes to 1 hour. The exam is administered by a Recruitment and HR Specialist.

You can find out about the test result by phone or email after a week.

We will also inform you about further steps.



Recruitment interview

Three steps towards Mabion are behind you. Time to get to know each other better. The recruitment interview is one of the most important stages. It is carried out by the Department Manager and the Recruitment and HR Specialist. During the meeting, we will tell you about the job position you apply for, but above all we want to use this time to get to know you - what are your professional aspirations, knowledge and experience. We would be pleased if you would like to discuss the information in the CV in more detail. If you have diplomas, certificates that you would like to show off - take them with you. We will make you feel comfortable and the conversation will take place in a nice and professional atmosphere.

Reserve about one hour for the meeting.

After the interview, we will inform you by phone about the recruitment result.

Our HR and Payroll department will contact you and provide all information regarding employment. A few days before your first day in Mabion you will receive an email from us with the most important information concerning your employment.
