Mr Maciej Wieczorek holds a 100% share in the share capital of Glatton Sp. z o. o. and, indirectly, through Glatton Sp. z o.o., 55.8% of the share capital of Celon Pharma S.A. and 65.4% of the total number of votes in Celon Pharma S.A. (based on the 2025 annual report of Celon Pharma S.A.)
