BIO Spain

BIO Spain | October 7–9, 2025 | Barcelona (SPA)

Each EU market has its own specific characteristics. As a CDMO delivering value globally, we want to respond to the needs of biotech companies, so we will also participate in regional and national events. BIO Spain is one such event. It is the largest biotech event organized by a national bioindustry association in Europe and one of the largest in the world by the number of one-to-one meetings and companies participating. This year, BIO Spain goes back to Barcelona, the main biotech cluster in Spain and one of the most dynamic cities in the world.

Spain has a growing and dynamic biotechnology sector, particularly in biopharmaceuticals. The industry is characterized by a strong research infrastructure, government support, and a rising number of innovative companies. Mabion meets these needs by offering a comprehensive range of biopharmaceutical services. We provide complex analytical panels enabling biosimilarity, stability, and GMP release testing. Within these studies, we examine selected critical quality attributes tailored to the molecule format. We support all modalities, from simple fusion proteins and monoclonal antibodies to complex ADC structures.

Naturally, we are open to cooperation outside the Spanish market too. In 2024, 34% of the delegates came from outside Spain, which shows the importance of this fair within the EU. BIO Spain 2025 will therefore be an opportunity to expand our network of contacts in Western Europe. We believe that Mabion’s participation in this event will enhance its prestige.
