Agata Majchrzak has been working at Mabion S.A. since 2017. She started her career as a production technician, but over the years her role has changed and now she works as a process engineer and team leader. She works in the Manufacturing Department, on the downstream stages of drug substance manufacturing processes. She participates in technology transfer and process validation, engaging in projects related to process scaling and production for clinical trials and commercial products in the downstream area. Over the last 5 years (from 2020 to 2025), she was responsible for the Fill&Finish process stages. She participated in the design and implementation of an automated filling line and an automated vial inspection line. She was also responsible for contact with suppliers and for the design and implementation of single-use systems used in the Fill&Finish stages. Besides the operational tasks performed in the manufacturing area, she also performed documentation tasks, such as: implementation of change control tasks, participation in investigations of observed deviations, implementation of corrective or preventive actions (CAPA), participating in risk analyses, and updating or creating new documentation applicable to the pharmaceutical quality system. She is currently involved in implementing capabilities for the production of ADC in the company.
