I joined Mabion in 2022, beginning my career in the Manufacturing Department, where I was responsible for executing upstream activities and supporting day-to-day bioprocess operations. In this role, I gained hands-on experience in biologics manufacturing and developed a strong practical understanding of production processes in a GMP-regulated environment. I also contributed to the implementation of the new sterile fill and finish line, where I was responsible for employee training, helping to ensure the team was well prepared to operate within the new setup and procedures.Currently, I am part of Mabion’s Business Development Department, where I apply my knowledge of biologics manufacturing to support strategic and commercial activities. My experience across both operational and business functions enables me to bridge technical expertise with business needs, contributing to the development of valuable partnerships and growth opportunities for the company.
