Ewelina holds the position of Production Department Manager. She supervises the work of the process team, the microbiological purity unit and the documentation and validation unit. Her main responsibility is to oversee the proper execution of production processes in the USP, DSP and Fill-Finish areas. This also includes supervising the training of the team, managing the deviation process, and overseeing the proper preparation and submission of PQS documentation.
