Since 2019, Karolina has been developing her skills and deepening her knowledge of microbiology in the biotechnology manufacturing industry. As a member of the Microbiology Team in the Quality Control Department, she is responsible for verifying the cleanliness of the manufacturing environment, testing process samples, releasing microbiological materials, working with reference strains, and performing microbiological diagnostics of environmental isolates. She has also participated in the verification of microbiological methods and the confirmation of their suitability for use. In addition, she is part of the team implementing the LIMS system and oversees the microbiology laboratory’s compliance with the Integrated Management System guidelines.
