Łukasz Waszak has been working at Mabion since 2011. He began his work at the company as a biochemist, where his task was to develop biotechnological manufacturing processes and analytical tools for the analysis of monoclonal antibodies. During this period, he gained practical manufacturing experience, actively participating in tech transfer from the R&D Department.In 2015, Łukasz became Head of the Manufacturing Department, where he was responsible for overseeing the production of biosimilar monoclonal antibodies in pilot and commercial GMP facilities for clinical trials, as well as taking part in consultations related to the registration of MabionCD20 with the European Medicines Agency.Since 2017, Łukasz has served as Manager and now Director of the Quality Assurance Department. In his current role, he is responsible for aligning the company's quality system with CDMO services and working directly with EMA and FDA regulatory authorities during regulatory inspections. His comprehensive experience in various operational areas allows him to efficiently and effectively oversee the quality of Mabion's manufactured products.
