Paulina Budzińska joined the company in 2022 and currently works as a Team Leader and Process Engineer in the upstream processing area. She is responsible for coordinating and executing key upstream activities, including inoculum expansion, cell banking, and cell culture in bioreactors such as single-use stirred tank and orbital shaken systems. She is also involved in technology transfer and process validation projects, supporting process scale-up and the manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products for both clinical trials and commercial production.
