Mabion and KriSan Biotech sign Agreement to strengthen next-generation ADC services
- Mabion S.A. and Taiwan-based KriSan Biotech Co., Ltd. have signed a Master Service Agreement, formalising their cooperation in the development and manufacturing of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
- The agreement, signed during BIO Asia-Taiwan 2026, establishes a framework for combining KriSan Biotech’s expertise in payloads and linkers with Mabion’s biologics development, manufacturing and analytical capabilities.
Collaborative Culture on Next-Generation ADC
The agreement was signed during BIO Asia–Taiwan by Rongjin Lin, Chairman of KriSan Biotech, and Gregor Kawaletz, CEO of Mabion, in the presence of representatives of Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs. The MSA builds on the Letter of Intent signed by the companies in June 2026 and creates a formal framework for jointly developing, offering and delivering integrated services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers operating in the rapidly expanding ADC market.
Under the partnership, KriSan Biotech will contribute its specialist capabilities in complex payloads, linkers, small molecules and drug conjugates. Mabion will provide biologics development, advanced analytical services and cGxP-compliant manufacturing capabilities. The companies plan to prepare coordinated proposals for ADC development programmes, serve external customers and support projects for their respective internal needs. The cooperation model includes mutual subcontracting under separately agreed scopes of work, as well as a reciprocal client recommendation and referral mechanism.
The agreement also supports Mabion’s 2025–2030 strategy, which includes expanding its portfolio of services for innovative biological formats, developing expertise in antibody-drug conjugates and increasing the company’s presence in Asian and US markets. For KriSan Biotech, the partnership provides a route into the European market and an opportunity to extend its global commercial reach.
Poland-Taiwan Biotechnology Forum 2026
The Poland-Taiwan Biotechnology Forum was held as part of BIO Asia-Taiwan 2026. It was at this event that the agreement was signed in the presence of government representatives from both countries (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and the Ministry of Economic Affairs (Taiwan)).

The signing marks another step in Mabion’s transition into a biologics-focused contract development and manufacturing organisation.
